How to make mini chocolate chip cookies

Beat, mix, scoop, roll, bake and eat all done in less than ½ hour.

Cream soften butter with the white and brown sugar for 2 minutes.

Beat in the egg and vanilla. I like to keep my eggs at room temperature.

Add in flour and baking powder and mix on low speed until just combined.

Fold in chocolate chip.  Chop up the chocolate if it is in big chunks as you want the chocolate bits to be nicely distributed throughout your mini cookies.

If you are a fan of white chocolate like I am feel free to switch out some of the dark chocolate for white chocolate.

Scoop out your dough with a teaspoon to get all your mini cookies the same size.
